Tips to Boost Fertility

There is so much that you can do to supercharge your fertility! Whether you are trying to conceive naturally or are seeking fertility treatments, optimizing your health should be the first step in prepping for pregnancy.


Fertility is a two-way street and so both partners can incorporate these natural ways to boost over-all health & fertility:

Drink plenty of water. 1/2 body weight in oz per day. Enjoy a diet rich in organic whole foods. Eat plenty of quality protein & fats along with colorful, fiber rich vegetables and fruits to support your cells, tissues, detoxification and fight inflammation. Always choose organic, whenever possible. Steer clear of non-organic, GMO foods as these have toxins that will inhibit fertility.


Move your body everyday. Movement stimulates oxygen + nutrient flow, hormone circulation and

detoxification. Address your stress.

Meditation, yoga and deep breathing help to calm your nervous system. Avoid (or at least reduce) caffeine & alcohol. Establish habits that promote quality sleep.

Avoid eating at least 2 hours before bedtime. Shut off all screens at least 1 hour before bedtime and remove wifi signals from your bedroom.


Address underlying health conditions. Seek treatment for chronic symptoms or illness in order to promote viability of a successful pregnancy.
