A 75 minute, comprehensive appointment to discuss your health history and current symptoms allowing us to determine your individualized treatment plan. At this time we may also recommend blood or other diagnostic labs to best customize your treatment.
Follow up Visit
This 45 minute appointment is for established patients who are looking to follow up on their progress, review lab work, review specialty testing, or to discuss a new condition or symptoms.
